3D dental scans, also known as CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography), are the latest technology in medical imaging and allow dentists to get a thorough picture of what is going on in your mouth. When undergoing a 3D scan, an x-ray arm rotates around your head and takes many pictures in various angles that then get sent to the computer and converted into 3D format. With this type of imaging, dentists are able to get a clear three-dimensional picture of all the vital structures in the oral cavity; teeth, bone, sinuses, nerves, vessels, etc. 3D scans are very useful in diagnosing and treating patients because of their extreme precision, accuracy and details. When treatment planning for surgery, sinus lifts, jaw reconstructions and implants, 3D scans are a great tool and have become a standard of care in our clinic. |
Dear patients
Our clinic will open it's doors for all treatments starting June 1st.
The Government of Quebec, The Minister of Health and the Ordre des dentistes du Québec gave us a protocol to follow during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We have incorporated this protocol in conjunction with the universal prevention norms to protect our patients and our staff during this time.
We are confident that these guidelines as well as our cutting edge technology will guarantee a safe environment for our patients and our staff.
For all inquiries or appointements please call us at (450) 653-7885.
Stay safe and see you soon,
